On C.I. July is not usually to be remembered for calm seas, come to think of it not too many months are, so Fernando Gutierrez must be one of the luckiest anglers going around. He tells us that no matter where he goes for a fishing trip, he always seems to strike good weather. While checking the photos of the nice fish he caught, please take note of the sea conditions.
