Shorefire Report Sep 2008 Terry and Jason
 
Friendly rivalry returned to Shorefire when Terry Moore and son-in-law Jason Plumridge joined us for a week in late September. Trolling for billfish is not one of our specialties but both anglers were keen to give it a crack. Jason held the early ascendancy by boating two nice sailfish while Terry played a marlin of around 100kg all the way to the boat before it through the lure. Terry thought it was a fantastic way to christen his new Torsa.
 
Terry fought back well with several good Gts on poppers.With other species like wahoo being fairly even, I think an honourable draw was a fitting result at the conclusion of the week.
